SURFACE-MOUNT TECHNOLOGY (SMT)
IEETek utilizes professional Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and employs reflow soldering for mounting electronic components. This approach ensures high-quality solder joints, increased production efficiency, and the ability to handle miniaturized components with high density.
DUAL IN-LINE PACKAGE (DIP)
IEETek employs wave soldering for Dual In-Line Package (DIP) components, ensuring strong and durable solder connections. It involves inserting the component leads into PCB holes, applying flux, and passing the assembly over a wave of molten solder.
AGING TEST
IEETek has two Aging rooms equipped with professional testing equipment, including AC charge testing machines and power supply burn-in systems. An intelligent monitoring system controls the state of the aging testing process.
AUTOMATIC TEST EQUIPMENT (ATE)
IEETek employs Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) in its testing procedures. This advanced system offers unparalleled precision and speed compared to traditional manual testing methods. It thoroughly evaluates every aspect of product performance, ensuring the production of high-quality products.
ASSEMBLY
IEETek expands its operations by introducing two mature assembly lines, along with one pre-installed front line. This increased capacity allows for more efficient and streamlined product assembly after the testing phase.
PRECISION POWER ANALYSIS
IEETek possesses a Precision Power Analyzer imported from Japan. This advanced machine analyzes multiple parameters, such as Current Harmonic Distortion Efficiency, DC Component of Voltage, and Power Conversion Efficiency, ensuring accurate and comprehensive analysis.
PROGRAMMABLE CONSTANT TEMPERATURE HUMIDITY TEST
IEETek has a Programmable Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber that can simulate a wide ambient temperature range from -40℃ to 100℃ and humidity levels of 85%. This machine is utilized to test the stability of products and ensure compliance with production standards.
VIBRATION TEST
IEETek products undergo vibration and drop tests to meet ISTA or ASTM standards. The vibration test simulates the effects of transportation-related vibrations – such as those encountered in trucks, trains, or airplanes – on product packaging. The goal is to optimize the packaging’s resistance to prolonged vibration and minimize the risk of damage during transit.
DROP TEST
IEETek products also undergo drop tests. The drop test simulates accidental drops from various heights during handling. It aims to enhance the protective performance of the packaging, ensuring better product integrity and improving the overall customer experience.
Real Fast Charge
IEETek Maxi-Charge Technology utilizes a bi-directional inverter on its portable power stations. It takes only 1.5 hours for a full charge for most Singos.
Sine Wave AC Output
IEETek’s solar generators produce AC electricity that closely resembles the pure sine wave and maintains a THD rate below 1.5% (at full load), which results in minimal impact on electrical devices.
SmartDrive Technology
